Bug Report: Modify Option Displayed for Locked Recurring Events

Good morning,

I believe I've identified a minor issue with the app.

 When a recurring event is locked, the "Modify Recurring Warning" option should not be displayed.

Since the event is locked to prevent modifications, any attempt to use the "Modify" option will be ineffective.

It would be more intuitive to hide this option in such cases.
