Allow "splitting up" a long task when a smaller one is dropped on it

There are times where I have a task scheduled for a large chunk of time. Then, there are things that interrupt that task and Iโ€™d like to just drag another task from the list into the slot where the other task overruled and TimeFinder โ€œsplitโ€ the larger task schedule automatically. As I mention in the comment in the screenshots, it would be nice for a task that has โ€œsplitโ€ another task to โ€œeat upโ€ the other task as itโ€™s dragged down versus trying to push the other task down. It might even be nice to support this through maybe long-press on the expanding lines and then dragging. Also, having an โ€œundoโ€ button for fixing any mistakes would be nice.

โ€œFree time leftโ€ indicator

Hello, It might be interesting or helpful to have the option to toggle on/off an indication of the amount of unscheduled time we have left in the day. I like the 5-minute increment view. As it is, you canโ€™t see the entire day at once with this view.ย  If someone were to ask me โ€œhey, do you have 15 minutes to hop on a call, today?โ€ having a quick indicator of how much free time I have left, without scrolling up and down my schedule, could be helpful.ย If it says โ€œ1 hour freeโ€, I could easily answer โ€˜yesโ€™ and then look through my schedule to see where it fits or what can be moved around. Also, for people who tend to get sidetracked and procrastinate, for example going down a social media or YouTube rabbit hole suddenly, it may be helpful if one can visually see that number whenever opening their schedule, and knows โ€œIโ€™ve already planned my day out, and I only have 1 hour free today. Do I really want to be spending 20 minutes of it on this?โ€ Kind regards, James

Integrated Habit Tracker

When inputting a task, there is an option to make it a habit. If checked, the person will need to choose a recurring schedule. The task/habit will appear with a number next to it (next to or where the recurring symbol usually is). The number will indicate the current streak (how many consecutive times it has been completed). There will also be a button at the bottom, maybe between โ€œscheduleโ€ and โ€œsettingsโ€, for โ€œhabitsโ€. This will take you to a list of just the habits, where you can edit, add, click on individual habits to see more data, etc. Apple Calendar shows calendar events and reminders, Google Calendar shows events and reminders (โ€œtasksโ€), Readle Calendars does the sameโ€” but the only app, Iโ€™ve come across, that shows events, tasks, AND habits, all on the calendar, is TickTick. You can put a habit into your calendar on TickTick, just as if it were an event. And you can go to a separate page for all your habits. This removes the need for a separate app for habit tracking. However, in my opinion, one place where TickTick falls slightly short, is that every habit appears on the calendar the exact same size. It takes up a 30 minute space I think (or 15)โ€” I canโ€™t remember exactly and havenโ€™t paid to use their calendar it in a while, but theyโ€™re all the same size. So, if I want to create and track the habit โ€œDaily Writingโ€, and I want to do it for one or two hours, consistently, regardless it will only show as a 30 minute block on my calendar. Just like in Apple and Google calendars, how youโ€™re unable to โ€œstretchโ€ a reminder to fill more spaceโ€”if you know itโ€™s going to take 2 hours, it only lets the reminder take up the size of a 30 minute slot. It is more helpful visually, to be able to show on the calendar how long the habit takes, exactly, without needing to make it into a regular event, so that the data of how often itโ€™s completed can still be tracked.

Customisable Eisenhower Matrix

I would love to see another tab on the bottom where the fuse/ schedule tab is for the Eisenhower Matrix. Completely customisable for even better planning experience. Eg: start with 4 quadrants as a standard but one can add more (I would prsonally add 6) and can edit the name of the quadrants. The tasks listed on the task tab will appear on the โ€˜not urgentโ€™ quadrant with a checkbox and a drag and drop system so one can move them around the quadrants. (Pic from the other app - which sucks btw lol) I would love to see this feature because Iโ€™m currently using another app for this, and itโ€™s bugging me so much Iโ€™m not able to do so within your app! Iโ€™ve been using your app for less tan 24 hours, and I love it. I think I will pay for the pro version at the end of the trial, because itโ€™s really worth it. THANK YOU <3</p>
