Rounded corners disappear for short tasks when zoomed out

Hey Luke, The zoom-out function is a huge improvement, really helpful. I’m not sure whether this is a bug or just a current limitation of how zoom works, but I noticed that even with the rounded-corner setting enabled, once I zoom out far enough, shorter tasks revert back to squared corners. I personally prefer the rounded corners because they act as an extra visual indicator of separate time blocks. The squared corners tend to blend together more when zoomed out, especially when two adjacent tasks are the same color. If it helps, I’ve included a few screenshots from Treering again. Even fully zoomed out, their blocks retain rounded corners, and even 5-minute blocks back-to-back still read as distinct entries (with a tiny amount of separation). Totally understand if this is just a tradeoff at extreme zoom levels, the zoom-out feature is already a big workflow improvement, but I wanted to flag this in case it’s something you’re able to address. Moving Items based on zoom level

Hey Luke, I don´t know if this is a bug or intentional, but I have the time slots set to a 15 Minute Level. When moving elements in the day view an I am zoomed out, the elements only move in 30 Minute blocks or even one hour blocks. So I have to zoom in to move them more granular.

Focus Timer sometimes randomly stops

Hey Luke, I have noticed, that when I open the TimeFinder App, sometimes the Focus Session is lost and the task is marked as completed though I did not finish the task yet. Also maybe as a feature request: Is it possible in strict mode to always have the focus mode running and updating the length by itself based on the timeline entries? That would be pretty nice. Often I stretch a task out when I want to focus for longer but then I have to “reset” the focus mode otherwise the wrong time ist displayed. Thanks in advance 😊

Changes not saving

I find a repeating problem where if I edit an existing log, by moving it or increasing the time frame or I add a totally new log - shortly after I move on to the next entry the last one just disappears. Sometimes it will re appear after 20 seconds or so but not always. Seems laggy. Anyone else have this issue ?

Color by keyword isn't working

I have a couple of tasks that I want to show up as a specific colour, and when I use the task name as the keyword for “automatically colour by keyword” feature it's not working. Let me know if there is something I'm missing.

Complete Items reset themselves as incomplete

I can check something off as complete and it makes the satisfying noise, changes to stripes, and then as soon as I do anything else reverts to not complete. Regardless of whether I push the “done” button at the bottom or not. On split view and on schedule. Using a Mac laptop Tahoe 26.5.1

Task Completion Bug

Submitted a message about this a while back but didn’t get the chance to respond. This is the issue I’m experiencing (don’t mind my task list lol). When I swipe an item to be completed it just moves to the bottom of the list and doesn’t mark complete. Sometimes it doesn’t even go to the bottom, just a random spot that lower than the original placement.

Focus Mode / Time Worked data disappears if task time is edited

Hello, After completing a task in Focus Mode, the task goes to the completed tasks section. There, one has the option of pressing the allotted time value to bring up options to modify the value. When doing so, the Time Worked duration resets to 0:00 and is lost. Thus far, I haven’t found any way to recover the lost value. Ted

Changing Note on Repeated Tasks

when trying to edit the note on a repeated task, i change the note, click done, click “change all occurrences”, but the change doesn't get saved

Task completion issue

Hi! I've been using Timefinder for about a year with no problems. Randomly, starting yesterday, tasks are no longer being marked as completed when I swipe right on them. They just reappear in their original position on the list. In addition, nothing happens when I touch the tasks checkbox. I rely on this app daily so I hope a fix is coming soon! Thank you!

Recurring tasks

Now that I have set recurring tasks, they no longer sync to my apple calendar. The calendar sync was my work around for a separate issue. There’s a widget to allow this app to display on the Apple Watch face but that also doesn’t actually work. It doesn’t show anything outside of “open on phone to sync.” Now I can’t seem to use either and I was hoping that actually time blocking would help me with my AuDHD. Please help 😭

iOS Shortcuts

The Add to TimeFinder action in Shortcuts doesn’t have a place for the task name.

Preferences keep resetting

v9.7.44 After the updated all my preferences were wiped, and even after I set them back to how I had it, each day it resets multiple times.

Animation Direction is always to the right in Split View

When in “plan Split View”, and I use the right arrow to see the next list, there is an animation of “swiping right”. But when hitting the left arrow there is also a “swiping right” animation instead of left. Which looks confusing. It works normally when going left from the first list to the list overview, but not when switching between lists. Device Info: Device & OS: iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 26.5.2 App Version: 9.7.36 (Build 2451)

App crash on subtask swipe

I noticed that the app crashes if you swipe left or right where the user enters a new subtask within the “task details screen” (after tapping on a task in the schedule view). That swiping behavior on the special list item that is for user input should not be allowed.

Sub tasks

Are sub tasks being phased out? I had sub tasks on some recurring tasks that disappeared a while back. For a few weeks, I could make them reappear by clicking to add one then hitting Next twice. That stopped working a week or two ago. Today, I deleted the task and started over, adding back my sub tasks. That worked until the quick update later this morning. The sub tasks disappeared again with that.

I often run into a sort of glitch when I attempt to delete or move tasks, not all the time but it seems to be getting more frequent

collapsed tasks not carrying over

in split view the option to copy all tasks over to new day does not carry collapsed tasks

move or copy settings

Ive found 2 setting levels for this - at the list info settings level and in split view settings. It seems the split view setting overrides the list level setting. Shouldn’t this be the other way around?

List color not carrying over to task bucket

when you add a date to a list task you get an option to add to task bucket, or if a date exists theres an icon next to date you can click to add to task bucket. When you use either one of these it defaults to the default new appointment color and not the list color it came from. Experiencing this on IOS and desktop.
