Moving Items based on zoom level

Hey Luke,

I don´t know if this is a bug or intentional, but I have the time slots set to a 15 Minute Level. When moving elements in the day view an I am zoomed out, the elements only move in 30 Minute blocks or even one hour blocks. So I have to zoom in to move them more granular.
