Color by keyword isn't working

I have a couple of tasks that I want to show up as a specific colour, and when I use the task name as the keyword for “automatically colour by keyword” feature it's not working.

Let me know if there is something I'm missing.

    Hi there, thanks for reporting this issue, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble!

    From only what you’ve described, I can’t identify exactly what your workflow is here; as you can tell, TimeFinder has a lot of complex color-handling logic and capabilities and settings.

    Can you share a more detailed example of how exactly you use TimeFinder, and what you’re doing (and observing), versus what you’re expecting to happen? You might also consider sending me an email via the “Get Support” option in the app, which can share your user ID and, with your permission, I can review your actual account data and settings and see what might be going on that way.
