Default Appointment Notification setting

This request entails two new features:

  1. The ability to enable/disable an appointment’s notification when it is being created, and…

  2. Allow users to enable or disable the default setting for reminder notifications for new tasks in Settings

Details:

Currently the button to enable/disable the Reminder Notification for an appointment button is not visible when making a new appointment—it is only visible in the page that appears when tapping on an existing appointment.

Showing this button in the toolbar when making an appointment would be great so I can adjust it without clicking out and back in.

It would also be nice to be able to set a global default setting for this toggle in Settings.
