Deleting sublist deletes parent list

First I accidentally dragged a list into another list which made the original list a task with subtasks. Discovered that by accident and not what I needed. This is what I’m calling the sublist.

I clicked into that sublist and clicked delete list and it deleted the whole parent list. I thought it would just delete the task and its subtasks. Lost the list since there’s no undo feature.
