Focus mode banners divorced from source

Focus mode countdown widgets persist even after timed tasks are deleted in focus module. This also applies to the timer header on ios18.6.2 on Home Screen, which shows countdown even when focus mode is empty (the only way to clear it is by locking screen and clearing banner on Lock Screen).

Timer widget should mirror focus module.
