I really like scheduling my morning routine and commute time to have a better overview of my day, but they make monthly view almost unusable. Would love the ability to hide some tasks from monthly view.
This is something that has long bothered me about other calendar apps as well. My monthly view is ridiculously cluttered because I can see repeated routines rather than big picture stuff. Otherwise, the app is nearly perfect and in my continual ADHD quest to find the app that does it all, I have tried I think literally every calendar and timeblocking app out there and the work you have put into this is incredible.

Importantly, ability to hide/filter tasks or events in each view
“Across calendars” allow this and I used it mainly to separate big events from my everyday routine (when I had my routine in different seperate calendars so it was easier to sort through which ones I wanted)
Filter by list is the most straight forward for me cause I have my routine in a single list, but maybe including tags to differentiate tasks within lists

Hi Luke, thank you for commenting so quickly.
I took a screenshot from my monthly view. As you can see, orange and grey (Morning Routine and Commute) are very easily visible but my work schedule is hidden somewhere in the +2/3/5/6. I think ability to hide tasks like morning routine, evening routine or even commute from a monthly view would really help in understanding what is going on.
I think even a simple toggle “Show/Hide from monthly view” in task details would be a great solution.

Thanks for the screenshot! I must say this is a bit niche of a request; I’m exploring how I could accommodate this, but first I’d like to check: would a ‘hide recurring tasks in month view’ option be helpful at all? Or is there some other broader pattern at play here that could be used as a filter (like hide tasks of a certain color, or tasks with a specific name or keyword)?
