Infinite task type

Feature Request

Create a task type when it is dragged over into a slot that it creates a unique id (YYYYMMDDnn) and stays in the list of tasks.

Examples:

Same Day Repair → Drag → Same Day Repair 2025090901

Same Day Repair → Drag → Same Day Repair 2025090902

Focused bug squashing→ Drag → Focused bug squashing 2025090901

Focused bug squashing → Drag → Focused bug squashing 2025090902

    My use cases would be for both freelance work and time management analysis. The incrementing ‘nn‘ Likely needs to be unique to the date and not unique to the task family.

    For freelance work I could have a folder of clients or projects and as I put time to each one the I can review my calendar for either billable hours or making better future estimates.

    For time management analysis, I could have a folder of broad actions or functions and every 30 mins or hour I can drag over “tasks” such as: on meeting, exercise, daydreaming, freelancing, traveling, reading, etc.

    Thanks for sharing the idea; can you share your use case as well? i.e. what value would thing bring to you? Record keeping or something?
