@Samantha M Besnoff CPA , I have a question: can you try going into the TimeFinder settings tab, under notifications, and hit the test notification button; do you see the banner? But no sound?
If so, can you go to the Notification Sounds section, and tell me what sound option you have selected? Then, try changing the sound and re triggering the notification.

Yes I see the banner but no sound. I did change the sound option to Melody 1 and can hear the sound when I select that but not when the notification banner shows up

Thanks for the follow up Samantha. This is a tricky situation then, and I don’t have any immediate ideas as to what could be wrong here, especially as I can’t reproduce this issue on my own devices, and I haven’t had any other reports just yet.
To be clear, are you getting notifications from other apps that ARE sounding appropriately?

I apologize for any confusion; what I mean to ask is:
On your iPad, do you have any other apps that send you notifications for anything? Like Gmail or Facebook or something? And if so, can you confirm whether or not those same notifications make sounds when you receive them on your iPad?
This information is essential, as it dictates whether I should invest my efforts into trying to fix something in TimeFinder, or whether the issue might be an iPad setting that I can help you fix.

I would recommend checking the things mentioned in this video:
Most notably, it could be the ‘mute mode’, or the alert volume (which may be distinct from the volume that changes when you hit the buttons on the side of the iPad).
