Premium subscription bug

I have a premium subscription, right now. Each time I close out the app and reopen it, when I try to use premium features again, the ad for premium pops up. Afterward, it will sometimes let me use it, sometimes not. I have to go to settings and press restore purchase each time. Then, when I exit the app and reopen it, it has the same bug all over again.
