Reminder Sync: Sync subtasks / preserve indentations

Feature Request

I have so many Reminder lists; they are all internally organized by indentation. I love that you sync with the reminders, but without the indentions, it looks like a giant run-on sentence. That makes it challenging to manage the type of tasks I need to work on.

    Now that reminder has list and sections for those lists, it would be epic if the app showed our tasks in their sections (and the sub tasks), instead of just every row I.e. section, task and sub task all just mingling at the one task level.

    After extensively investigating this, I’m sorry to report that it’s unlikely to happen. Apple simply does not expose the necessary information for developers. I would only be able to achieve this with some clumsy and fragile hacks involving Apple Shortcuts, and even then it would need to be manually triggered each time you want to sync.

    I was extremely surprised and disappointed by this finding, but it’s true. If there is enough demand, I’ll be glad to look into this manual-sync-trigger hack further, but until then, I’ll need to focus my resources on other popular requests.

    In the meantime, I’m very sorry to disappoint!
