The list suddenly disappeared entirely.

It said the archive would be stored for 30 days, but there's nothing in the archive.

I believe I replied to your email, but I’ll share the reply here as well for completeness:

Thanks for reaching out, I apologize for this issue. Your lists are safe—it’s a visual bug due to a data glitch. The best and fastest solution at this moment is to install the beta version on your iPhone here:

    https://testflight.apple.com/join/WuIkKjjU

The other option is to wait for Microsoft to approve the new TimeFinder update for windows, but I’m not sure when that might be.

Thanks for your patience, and sorry once again for this serious inconvenience.

        Hello Davide,

It’s hard to explain and it’s very specific: this bug only affects users who used TimeFinder on windows or web in the last week while it had a bug (v9.3.4). The symptom is that after using the web/windows version, lists disappear when viewed from TimeFinder on other platforms.

Since then, I have fixed the bug (as users have told me), but in order to benefit, you’ll need to go and use the latest web version (9.4.1) of TimeFinder again, even just once. This will automatically run code to repair your data and make it visible on Mac and iOS again.

The fix is also pending Apple review, but it might be another day or two until Apple reviews my stuff, they’re painfully slow these days.

If this doesn’t help, send me another message and I’ll be happy to intervene. Thank you and sorry for this inconvenience.

By the way, you can tell what version of web you’re using by looking at the bottom of the settings tab—it should say 9.4.1; if it doesn’t c use an incognito/private tab and sign in again and it should update

@Davide One final update: Apple has finally approved v9.4.0 on iOS, so you can also update there and the issue should be fixed. Still pending review on Mac though. Thanks!
