Refine macOS UX to feel more natural/native

Having to slide tasks horizontally to display ‘actions’ and the hold-down delay required to move a task to the schedule seems ‘unnatural’ on the desktop IMHO.

Please could you consider:

1. Statically displaying the task ‘action’ icons that would otherwise be displayed by dragging.

2. Remove the hold-down delay (which would not required if the icons are static)
