Sync notifications across devices in background

Currently, TimeFinder only syncs notifications when it is actively open on your device. Thus, if you make changes on your iPhone, your iPad and Mac will only “know” about those changes once they too are opened

This feature would resolve that and make it so that notifications will sync across your devices even if TimeFinder is not open on those devices.
