Task progress tracker

ie I have a task that needs to be done but to do so I need to send an email, fill out a form, wait for a response etc can there be a color notice for a task that’s not done but I started the process and are waiting on xyz So in the example above I sent the email but am waiting on a response…its not fully off my todo list but I have a visual note that tells me I’m waiting on the next steps
