Template tasks

It would be great if you could set a task as a “template” task ie. one you want to drag into your schedule over and over, rather than just once.

I would prefer to use the app to timeblock routine activities rather than individual tasks, but these activities don’t really occur in a regular enough pattern to create day templates (though that is a great feature).

    Regarding this other item:

It sounds like you’re looking for something like Subtasks ; have a look at that and let me know. Thank you!

    Regarding this:

It would be great if you could set a task as a “template” task ie. one you want to drag into your schedule over and over, rather than just once.

Tasks in your TimeFinder lists (in the lists tab) effectively already are templates—when you drag a task from a List into your schedule, it creates a copy in your schedule, allowing you to continue to drag it from the list into your schedule as much as you’d like.

Just as well, the Split View goes both ways: drag a task from your schedule into a list to turn it into a task in the list (and thus make it into a “template”.

Let me know if this meets your needs or if you’re looking for something different. Thank you!
