Time marker doesn't update in background

MacOS - when Timefinder is not the active app, the blue time indicator doesn’t update. You have to activate the app for it to show the correct time. Please fix this. You should be able to leave TimeFinder in a window and glance at it while you’re working on something else and be able to tell where (when?) you are in your time blocks. Thanks.
