TL;DR: The ability to edit the same event in either TimeFinder or an external calendar, with changes syncing both ways.
Right now, calendar sync feels more like one-way sync (in either direction) rather than true two-way sync.
Specifically:
I can create/edit events in TimeFinder and see them reflected on an external calendar.
I can create/edit events in an external calendar and see them reflected in TimeFinder.
What I canβt do is take a single event and edit it from either side, with updates syncing back to the other app. Ownership of edits is locked to the calendar where the event originated.
True two-way sync would allow the same event to be edited interchangeably in TimeFinder or an external calendar, with all changes reflected everywhere. This is standard calendar sync behavior.
I suspect this may already be on the roadmap and that the current implementation is a stepping stone. Either way, I wanted to flag this as a highly desired feature.
Thanks for all the work on the app. Really appreciate the direction itβs heading.
