Unable to create tasks in list.

I am unable to create any tasks. As soon as I hit “DONE” the created task goes away immediately and is not synced or exported when I do a data export. This happens both on my phone and the web app.

The “bulk add” feature works, but I can not select tasks to edit their notes. Un-focusing and re-focusing the browser tab does not let me select any tasks in the list to edit them.

The first attached video is of the selection issue and that I can’t create any tasks. This is on chrome. The second attached video is in firefox and this more closely matches what happens on the phone, tasks can be created but do not persist. When tabbing out and back into the firefox tab it resembles the behavior of the first video where I can’t even select anything to edit/add.
