Time-fixed tasks

Whenever I have to reschedule, I find it difficult to rearrange all of the tasks following the task being rescheduled.

Only if there was an option to fix some tasks on the timeline, which couldn't move until moved manually, it would be of great help.

I used to do it when I used to do time-blocking in my diary.
